Equalpaid is an online social voting platform where you have the power to influence some of the world's largest brands and get rewarded instantly. Tell the world's leading providers of products and services what you think and earn rewards by participating in surveys and by sharing your opinions directly on www.ketosamples.com.
Every service that our site offers is free of charge, and for participation in most Equalpaid activities, you will be awarded points.

To join Equalpaid, simply click on "SIGN UP". You will be asked to provide some basic information when creating your account. After signing up, a confirmation email will be sent to you in order to finalise your registration. You must click the link in this email to confirm your registration on Equalpaid.

Once your registration is complete, you can start participating in surveys, content, and games to get rewarded.

Registration to Equalpaid is completely free - Not only will you never be asked to pay, but just by answering our surveys and engaging in fun community activities like content and games, you will earn points that can be exchanged for vouchers and cash payments.

We ask for personal information such as your name, address, gender, birthday and employment status to better match you with the appropriate market research projects. This information is also used for the purposes of incentive fulfilment so that we may send your reward to the appropriate recipient address. Other personal information that you may be asked to provide to us is solely for the purpose of building and operating a worldwide proprietary database of panelists, in order to conduct market research studies on that basis and we provide your responses to our surveys on to our clients in anonymised and aggregated form.

Equalpaid invites thousands of members to answer surveys every day on a wide array of subjects. The purpose of these surveys is to collect your opinions about the products and services of large consumer brands, your habits as a consumer, or about the world you live in. Your opinion will have a direct impact on companies and how they market, distribute or advertise new products and services to consumers like you.

No, under no circumstances will surveys be used to sell or promote a product, nor will you receive any advertising or promotional material as a result of joining the Equalpaid community.

Participating in surveys

Finish your full registration on Equalpaid and verify your email by clicking on the link you receive in your mailbox. If a survey matches your profile, you can find it on the survey centre on Equalpaid or via one of our survey invitations by email.

Your Profile Surveys can be accessed directly from your “Account” page on Equalpaid. Profile Surveys are designed to help us improve the level of service we provide and allows us to send you surveys that you are most likely to qualify for.


For each completed survey you can generally earn between 10 and 300 points (depending on its length). Some special surveys could offer higher incentives.

Survey length is strictly dependent on the study. Before you start a survey, you will usually see the expected length on the intro page along with the survey ID.

We do a variety of surveys for many clients. Some of these surveys are programmed by us, others are programmed by our clients and hosted on their systems. A major factor in technical issues is that survey respondents are using a wide variety of operating systems, browsers, Internet connections, and hardware, and not all of these are necessarily compatible with the technology of a particular survey. And, of course, sometimes, human error is a factor.


If you encounter a technical problem with a survey, usually, by waiting a while and trying again later, the problem will be resolved. If the same error persists, please report it to us at https://www.www.ketosamples.com/contact-us by providing the Survey ID and a screen shot, if possible. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by technical errors and will do our best to get them resolved.

Equalpaid's profiling process is continuous — the objective being to have broad and current attributes on each member. Some surveys also require a specific group of people who meet a very narrow set of demographic criteria. Sometimes, determining whether someone qualifies for a survey takes just a few questions, other times it may take a bit more.


Our clients make marketing decisions based on responses from our members in their surveys so we must implement strict quality controls to make sure you are part of the target the client is looking for. The questions we ask at the beginning of each survey may seem repetitive but are necessary to ensure the integrity of the survey sample.

This is because some surveys are looking for a very specific group of people who meet a very narrow set of demographic criteria. Sometimes, determining whether someone qualifies for a survey takes just a few questions, other times it may take more questions. Please know we appreciate your participation and that when you don't qualify, your responses are not used in the final research findings.


When you do not qualify for a survey, your responses cannot be used in the final research findings, and therefore are never transferred to our clients. Likewise, Equalpaid will never use or transfer these responses for internal use. As the information you entered is incomplete and cannot be used for our client’s research, you will not receive points when you have not completed the survey.

The timing of crediting for points depends on the survey. For some surveys, points are credited very quickly or within a few days, while for others you will receive the points only after the survey has closed. You can expect to wait a maximum of six weeks for points to be credited to your account from when a survey closes, though we try to limit this as much as possible.

Sometimes this happens if a survey is generating greater than expected responses. Also, the invitations aren't necessarily delivered right away by your email service provider. We apologize for any inconvenience you may experience and thank you for your participation. Please know that more survey opportunities will become available.

Points and Rewards

Points are a form of virtual currency awarded to Equalpaid members for various actions, like completing surveys. When you have earned enough points, you may redeem them for vouchers or cash.

First, you must be a registered Equalpaid member with a verified email address to begin accumulating points. Once your registration is finalised, you can earn the most points by completing surveys found here on Equalpaid or through invites you receive via email.

There is no limit to how many points you can accumulate on Equalpaid!

You points balance is constantly visible in your dashboard. If you would like to view your points history on how you have earned and spent points, you can check the transaction tab on your Accounts page.

You can spend your points by going to the Redeem page and selectiong the reward of your choice.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. When you redeem your points for a reward you will be asked to confirm your postal address, email address, or PayPal email address (depending on the reward and country). Before you confirm your purchase, please ensure all your information is correct to avoid any delays in delivery.

In order to be eligible for Equalpaid rewards you must be a registered user on the site corresponding with your country of residence.

This depends on the type of reward.

  • Electronic vouchers (e-vouchers) will be sent to the email address indicated in your account at the moment you place an order.
  • PayPal requests will be credited directly to your PayPal account.

Account & Profile

Log in, then go to “Account Settings”. Simply find the data you would like to edit and enter your updated information. Save only after making sure your new details are correct.

To submit, you will also need to indicate your current password so we can make sure you are the owner of the account.

To cancel your account, you can contact us at https://www.www.ketosamples.com/contact-us by providing your username and email address. Please note that if you choose to cancel your account, your points will be forfeited, and you will no longer be able to redeem them.

Privacy and the General Data Privacy Regulations

Your profile data is stored on our secure server that allows only Equalpaid to call upon those members who match specific criteria to participate in surveys. This query is completely automated, and members are contacted via email by Equalpaid to participate in our secure surveys. All responses are held in aggregate, which means that individual responses are not linked to personally identifiable information. The information you provide will never be sold or used to advertise. You are not responsible for paying any product or service at any time, nor will any company solicit you as a result of joining the Equalpaid community.

This information is used to match members with specific survey requirements. In some cases, our clients require feedback from people in a certain income bracket or those who have children, for example. Please be assured that this information is securely kept and strictly confidential. See our privacy policy for more details. The more information you provide, the greater your chances of receiving invitations to surveys you may qualify for, and the more opportunities you may receive to earn cash rewards.

The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is the regulation that addresses the collection, use, processing and transfer of the personal data of European Union citizens. It went into effect on May 25th, 2018.
It applies to all European Union member states and any entity that transfers the personal data outside of the European Union.

Personal data is any information related to a Equalpaid member that can be used to directly or indirectly identify the user. Personal data can be anything from a name, a photo, an email address, bank details, posts on social networking websites, medical information, a device IP address or a mobile device ID. Equalpaid will always take special care to ensure that all personal information you share with us is protected at all times. We strongly discourage you from disclosing any of your personal data in any public forum or community area on the site that you do not wish to make available to the public.

Yes, you do. At any time, you can modify your information or opt out from our services data by logging into your Equalpaid Account or by sending us an email request via the Contact form.

Contacting Equalpaid & Support

At the top of the home page, click on "Account Settings" and you can see the option "Change Password". You will be asked to provide the email address associated with your Equalpaid account and receive a reset password email with a link that will remain valid for 24 hours. Following this link will allow you to create a new password for Equalpaid.


Important: For security reasons, please make sure to use a password that is unique to your Equalpaid account. Your Equalpaid password should only be for Equalpaid and not be reused on other sites/accounts.

Our clients include market research agencies, large corporations, brands, public organisations, PR agencies and even individuals. Their interests cover all industry sectors, but they are all looking to get honest opinions on their products and services or to understand consumer motivations and habits. The results of our surveys help our clients to better understand consumers' needs in order to make their products, services or advertising more relevant.

We built our own ip database, to detect registrations from the same ip address. Our system could automatically detect accounts with the same password, we know not all duplicate passwords will be cheaters, but we will manual check their activities. We have bot detected 24/7 hours, fingerprinter checking, etc, these features can help us prevent this similar fraud activities,and our system can store the bad users' data like browser info, PC info, register IP address, Login IP address, Digital Fingerprinter(3rd service: MinFraud and GeoIP), when people try to sign up on our website, and if their profile or info match one of the record, they will be suspend. and no chance to login again. Also, during the payment process, we ask members to enter their real name and PayPal account, if we find duplicate name or their name and account not match, we will cancel the payments.

Equalpaid takes strict measures to ensure every aspect of your information is kept secure. Equalpaid only provides information to clients in an anonymised and aggregated form for use in market research and for the client’s own internal purposes. Equalpaid does not use Direct Marketing and will never share your data with telemarketers or ad agencies for promotion and targeting purposes.
